Metallica’s James Hetfield has released a spoken word rendition of the holiday classic “Twas The Night Before Christmas” (aka “A Visit From St. Nicholas”) on the band’s Maximum Metallica SiriusXM channel on Friday (December 19). The vocalist delivers the traditional poem with his signature gruff voice that adds a dark, intense edge to the festive tale.
